Security officer

Purpose of the job:

Supervise the security guard group on duty in the protected area and protect the entrusted facility or area together.

Responsibilities:

• Organize the service, and take control of the activities carried out by the security guards.
• Review discipline and security guard service every quarter and report to company management as soon as summarizing the state of services and the results.
• Take measures to prevent crimes and accidents, to increase vigilance and to maintain the principles of confidentiality, and if necessary contact the head of the operational department.
• Maintain close contact with the management bodies of the given facility, together solve all the necessary issues related to the security guard service, holding of civil, events, as well as the necessary issues of meeting of requirements.
• Not less than once a month check the correct implementation of the disciplinary norms and services of the security guard group.
• Organize mass protection of the facility, as well as fire protection and monitor the course of actions of the security guard team in given situations.
• Present the fire protection plan, as well as the project of measures to cooperate with the civil defense in case of declaring a state of emergency.
• Implement the necessary tools in order to eliminate the consequences of accidents and natural disasters and to help the affected population.
• When performing professional duties, be guided by the RA Law “On Private Security Guard Activities” and other relevant legal acts.

Qualifications:

• Higher education;
• Presence of security guard’s qualification certificate.
